At Newmark, I led the company’s comprehensive rebrand, managing the brand design team and overseeing the successful development and launch of the Brand Hub, a centralized digital asset management (DAM) platform created in partnership with an external agency. I established clear, user-friendly UX flows for the Brand Hub, enabling Marketing, Brand, and creative teams across global offices to easily access and apply the new brand assets.
Collaborating closely with Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams, I coordinated brand reviews and ensured consistent brand implementation throughout the organization. By aligning workflows between Brand Design and Marketing, I helped streamline processes, maintain quality standards, and support the company’s rapid growth and evolving market presence.
